So anyway, I don't really have much to update you people on, but there is one thing. On tuesday, it was Daryl's birthday. So we decided to throw a surprise party for him on wednesday! Nicole the great planned everything. It all started from one morning, two weeks ago..
While the teacher in front was babbling about the induction of librarians, Nicole turned to Fiqa and I with her cute notebook. Inside, there was a page with 'Daryl's surprise party guest list'(something like that) on top. And that was how it all started. Since I am just too busy + lazy to tell the itsy bitsy details, I'll just spill the oh-my-god moments that happened!
We were an hour behind schedule since Eizat picked me and Fiqa up late from my place. And plus, a car double parked behind his car when we were getting the balloons and so it was delayed. Again. Afar had this *i am so anger right now* look. I swear it was terrifying. Especially when he told the idiot who parked behind our ride to move faster. But, luck was with us and everything went well after. Daryl was so touched with the whole thing and he had teary eyes!
Guess what was the theme?
You guessed it! Pink princess! We even had it written on his cake, got pink princess balloons and a pink princess sash for him *giggles . Are we the sweetest or what? Thanks to everyone who helped with the surprise since it wasn't easy at all. Daryl is the type who's just so.. curious about everything around him(in other words, he is kepo). And lastly, thanks to Nicole, the mastermind behind the whole thing.
